Competition information All members are encouraged to take part in the regular competitions. There are two sections Prints and Digital images and you are allowed 3 entries in each section. Prints may be in colour or black and white and though most will now be inkjet prints images produced using chemical methods are also acceptable. Prints should be mounted on card preferably sized at but no larger than 50 x 40 cm. Please write you title and code number on the reverse. Digital images should be submitted on CDR in JPEG format. File dimensions to be no larger than 1024 pixels wide x 768 pixels high at no more than 300 ppi. Please keep the file size below 350kb. The file name should be the same as your image title. Please remember that entries are required 2 weeks before the competition night and your co-operation will greatly assist the competition secretary. Some external competition may have differing requirements and these will be explained as appropriate. Entries for these competitions can be submitted by all members. A small selection panel will then choose those images which will go forward.
